Don't Let The Insanity Get You Down

Surrounded by the craziness of human nature, leadership is tough.

There are prompts and prods and attempts to incite - all pulling your attention away from what matters most. Every minute, every interaction, every day you get to choose to take *it* on or not.

As leaders, we could be sarcastic, snippy, or positioned to win . . . . the heck with that, I'm going zen. Join me.

Good plan! I think not just in leading others, but in all interactions we have with those around us we can distracted by the insanity of life. We can choose to let it get to us and impact our relationships, or we can choose to manage it and not let it harm those relationships. Thanks for that reminder! :)
