You usually can find me one of three places: at home, at work or at the gym. That is going to change in a few weeks:

September 24, I'm in my own backyard at a SHRM meeting, Ethics in HR, featuring Laurie McIntosh, SHRM North Central Field Service Director.

October 21, I'm heading a little to the south to hang with Paul Debettignies at the Human Resource Professionals of Minnesota Fall Conference focusing on Social Media for HR.

The following week, it's off to Chicago to moderate a panel discussion at the 12th Annual Talent Management Summit with fellow moderators Sharlyn Lauby and Jason Seiden.

No rest for the little traveler as I head to Kentucky on November 6 for HRevolution to meet face-to-face so many of the friends I've "met" on line.

I am looking forward to the adventures but you have to know, I'll be missing the husband and the kid. She's my little buddy. So, if you going to be where I am going to be, let me know. I'd love to meet you - and I could use the distraction.
