How Would You Assess An Applicant's IQ - Internet Quotient?
I have a new position that I will be interviewing candidates for soon. The key responsibility is to source hard to fill positions and to do that by developing an on-line presence and utilizing Internet resources - search strings, forums, job boards, social networking tools etc. We have got to get away from prints ads and the person selected for this position will be taking the first steps for us and breaking new ground.
Short of asking "So, do you Twitter?" (and watch the not-sure-if-I-should-be-offended looks) what questions do you think I could ask?
If you interview with me and mention this post - 5 points for you!

I think you have great questions written in you post. Things like:
Describe the steps you would take to create and maintain an online presence for your employer.
List forums that you have used or know of. (You could ask for specific examples based on a particular position - like we use a proprietary software that has a users forum)
What kind of branding would you use? What kind of partnerships could help with this? (think com/marketing/etc)
We do a lot with writing samples. You could ask your finalist(s) to put together a recruiting plan for a fictitious position. Like a hard to fill position - like speech pathologist.
Let us know how it works out!
