The best way to receive updates to the blog on a regular basis is to subscribe. There are currently two ways to subscribe:

Subscribe in a reader right here and you can have updates and new posts sent directly to the readers and/or aggregators you select. Some of the web-based reader options available are:

Or, if you prefer to receive updates via email, you can get the blog delivered to your email address. This service is provided by a third party (Feedburner) and you can subscribe to it by leaving your email in the yellow box below and confirming your subscription when you get an email asking you to do so.
Your email will not be used for anything other than this subscription and you can unsubscribe to this service at any time.
