Who am I? I'm a Human Resource (HR) leader with over 15 years of professional HR experience in public, private and government organizations and I bring a unique, common sense perspective to the business of HR. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Biology is from Gannon University and I hold masters degrees in Management from Webster University and Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania and am recognized as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
I enjoy what I do day to day and I love to write. I was born and raised on Long Island, New York and I live in the Central Minnesota area with my husband and daughter. We have a puppy, cat and a few fish too.
